How to Order
You can purchase from Waiva Clark Distributing either by on line ordering, email, fax or telephone. Business hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.00pm. Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm. Telephone 07 5441 4775.

To be able to order wholesale you must be either be a retailer or a practitioner and supply Waiva Clark with a practitioner number and an ABN. Waiva Clark offers special prices on bulk buys and have monthly specials on selected items. Contact our office on 07 5441 4774 for further details on setting up an account.
Freight charges for wholesale customers will be determined on both invoice total and destination. Contact the office for further details and freight costs.
To order retail please enter a customer ID number, which is your email address and a password that you will remember upon your return.
Your order placed before 1pm (AEST) on any business day are processed the same day. All other orders are processed on the next business day. However, dispatch of goods will be delayed until payment is received for customers using cheque, money order or direct transfer payments.
From the time of shipment your order should be received within 7 working days. If after 7 days you have not received your order, please contact Waiva Clark 07 5441 4775.
Gold Coast Deliveries All orders sent to local Gold Coast addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the same day or the next day, depending on the time you order.
Brisbane, Toowoomba, Northern Rivers All orders sent to these areas will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the same day or the next day, depending on the time you order.
Small packages for delivery to the rest of Australia All parcels sent to the rest of Australia will be sent either through Australia Post or Fastways Courier....to ensure you receive the best possible service to the region you live in.
Please note that Fastway Couriers DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes

Guarantee and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will gladly provide a refund or exchange provided goods are returned to us within 30 days or purchase (proof of purchase required) Enclose your name, address, invoice number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send to Waiva Clark Shop 9, 3 Rigby Street, Nambour, Queensland 4560. Please ensure the package is adequately wrapped and use a recorded delivery service. We will not be responsible for missing orders if a recorded delivery service is not used by the customer.
If goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
